Hospitality Management offers a full range of services for the hospitality industry, including project management, management, training, consultancy, distribution and support services, spanning the entire investment and operational lifecycle of hospitality organizations. Our aim is to develop potential, save time and create additional value for owners, clients and staff of these organizations.
Each of our Team Members has in-depth knowledge of and experience in different areas of the hotel and tourism industry: operational, financial, sales & marketing, revenue management, human resources, IT, engineering and legal. We are able to tailor make solutions that are designed for you, easy to implement and that will provide the desired result. We use the best methods, technology and experience available internationally and locally in order to create these results.
We do provide some standard programs for our customers, but our preferred method of operating is to provide tailor made programs and solutions that will deliver the best possible result for any given project.
We aim to provide up-to-date answers to all areas within our chosen industry that are based upon solid practical experience, part of generally accepted “Best Practices” and theoretically sound. It is therefore very important for us to actively participate in the industry community locally and internationally. This is why our company has accepted the following two roles in the community:
RUTI (Russian Union of Tourism Industry) – Hotel Ombudsman Northwestern Region:
Our General Director serves as a liaison officer between this institution and all the hotels in the Region.
GUD (Guild of Developers):
Our General Director heading the Committee for Hotel Developments in this association of architects, builders, developers and other organizations related to the Real Estate sectors.
